You will need to purchase the following from any drug store:

  • 2 Fleet Enemas

  • 119 grams of Miralax

  • Day before your procedure - Follow a Clear Liquid Diet for 24 hours

    • Allowed: black coffee & tea, carbonated drinks, fruit flavored drinks, clear fruit juices, chicken/beef broth/boullion, sports drinks, plain Jell-O, popsicles, honey, hard candy.

    • NO red or purple liquids are allowed

    • No milk/dairy products are allowed

  • Night before your procedure (start at 7pm)

    1. Mix 119 grams of miralax in 32 ounces of water and drink the solution.

    2. Drink another 8 ounce glass of water.  

    3. Continue the clear liquid diet

​

  • 2 hours prior to your procedure

    • Give yourself 2 fleet enemas, approximately 30 minutes apart from each other.​

​

Do NOT eat or drink anything at least 4 hours prior to your procedure

 

If you are vaccinated against COVID-19, you must bring your vaccine card (or a copy of both sides) to your appointment or your appointment may be rescheduled and a $200 cancelation fee may be applied to your account.
