I recently had both an Upper Gi Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy in this office done by Dr. Fazili. Both experiences were incredibly positive. Front desk staff are very welcoming, and the wait times are relatively short, especially on slower days. The nurses are very knowledgeable and accommodating. They answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and they made polite conversation that helped me to feel at home and eased my nerves. I personally have a really hard time with needles and am prone to passing out. Both times that I received an IV it was very quick and almost painless. Dr. Fazili was very friendly and kind. She also answered any last minute questions that I had, and made sure I was comfortable before she started. Overall this practice is great at what they do, and I’m incredibly happy with how everything went. For anyone who’s feeling nervous to receive either procedure for the first time, don’t be! I can attest that you’ll be in great hands the whole time.
