This was my first experience with this medical group. Dr. Kader was recommended by my personal care physician, Dr. Kim Bruce Abell. The appointment was conducted online with visual and audio capabilities. Dr. Kader was courteous and thorough and asked several questions regarding my medical issue, the symptoms of which had subsided since my appointment with Dr. Abell. Dr. Kader suggested an endoscopy to investigate my condition further and to determine the cause or my medical issue and if there are conditions that need to be addressed. The procedure is only conducted on Thursdays and the first available appointment is June 16. I have been wait-listed for an earlier appointment if there is a cancellation. I fully understand that the COVID pandemic has disrupted the normal scheduling of medical treatments and I am neither surprised nor disappointed in the schedule.
Julie is awesome! I am very happy that I have been fortunate enough to have here work on my case. She is very knowledgeable and she is fun to work with. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience
I recently had both an Upper Gi Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy in this office done by Dr. Fazili. Both experiences were incredibly positive. Front desk staff are very welcoming, and the wait times are relatively short, especially on slower days. The nurses are very knowledgeable and accommodating. They answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and they made polite conversation that helped me to feel at home and eased my nerves. I personally have a really hard time with needles and am prone to passing out. Both times that I received an IV it was very quick and almost painless. Dr. Fazili was very friendly and kind. She also answered any last minute questions that I had, and made sure I was comfortable before she started. Overall this practice is great at what they do, and I’m incredibly happy with how everything went. For anyone who’s feeling nervous to receive either procedure for the first time, don’t be! I can attest that you’ll be in great hands the whole time.

She was Excellent!!! Explained everything to me
Sarah was excellent. She covered all the bases, explained everything so I could understand it, listened to what I had to say and was ready for me within one minute of my checking in. Rather than telling me, I had to have a colonoscopy, she suggested I have one And then explained all the reasons why I should. Since I’m 79 and had decided I would not have anymore, after she explained it to me, I agreed to have one. It was a pleasure meeting her and I look forward to the next time. I see her.

Brittany was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns and I did not feel rushed. She even recommended going back to my previous medication since the newer one was not helping. Finally, she gave me coupons on over-the-counter medication that is expensive. Thanks again Brittany and thank your assistant, too!
